A: Yes you can - we currently accept orders worldwide.
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from pippamann.com, so please be assured of our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to exchange your purchase. Customers are advised however that items may only be returned for a full refund if they are found to be faulty. If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you contact us within 30 days - store@pippamann.com. We will then send you a pre-paid return bag and ask you to return the item to us, and we will refund your purchase in full. If the item is not faulty but you would like to exchange for a different size, customers must return the item at their own cost, and will be charged shipping for the replacement item. Shipping costs must be paid before the replacement item will be shipped.
All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

A: While we make every effort to sustain an abundant supply of stock, occasionally we may run out of certain items. If you place an order that we later find is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date upon us receiving a new shipment. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, your order will be processed and shipped at that time. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime.
A: When placing your order you will be asked upon registering to provide a valid e-mail address. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message shortly after confirming our receipt of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at store@pippamann.com.
A: That depends on your shipping location. To locations within the UK and Europe, items will normally ship within 15 days from receiving your confirmation email. For International orders, items should be received within 21 days of receiving your confirmation email. Shipping rates are calculated by location.
Shipping costs are calculated by location, and all items are charged at the same rate, except for the fleece. If you order more than one item, your shipping cost will be priced by your most expensive item, plus an additional $3.50 per item.
